No NATO war-summit!

What We Aim to Do:

We will organize a counter-summit to unite existing activist movements, fostering connections through an anti-militarist perspective. This will include a dedicated meeting to explore alternatives to the militarism of NATO and other power blocs, in collaboration with the anti-war movement both locally and internationally.

We will also mobilize a mass protest in The Hague, bringing thousands to the streets in opposition to the NATO war summit.

Why we do this:

Fear of war is high in society. While many believe that NATO and rising defense budgets will protect us, others strongly disagree. Many oppose budget cuts driven by increased military spending, refuse to see themselves or their children sent to war, and are already protesting the presence of ammunition depots in their communities. Concerns about a Third World War—especially between nuclear powers—are growing, and Trump's presidency is adding to the uncertainty.

Our goal is to organise these individuals, provide them with reliable information, and connect them to the broader movement against militarization. Neither NATO nor a militarised EU contributes to peace, security, or justice.
